This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between You ("User") and Easy  Health Cloud Software ("Licensor") regarding the use of the following software applications: Health Log, My Health History, My Health Cloud, My Family Health Cloud, and My Pet Health Cloud (collectively, the "Software").

 1. License Grant. Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, use, and run the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

 2. Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; or (c) sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties without express written consent of the Licensor.

​

 3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the exclusive property of Licensor.

 4. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

 5. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

 6. Limitation of Liability. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

​

 7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
